“My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key...

“I was excited to stay here but was definitely a little disappointed. The rooms were definitely very dingy and the bedspread on the bed was lumpy and super old. The hottub was luke warm which was a bummer because I was excited to use that in the evening and we couldn’t even stay long because we were freezing. Also the fire pits don’t work which they looked like they did in the pics. Location was great of course so no complaints with that though.”

“This place is over rated. Broken door, found dirty clothes from previous guest, terrible smell like if someone vomited and never was cleaned. The sofa bed was dirty, cracks all over and unusable. Terrible experience. We couldn't stay. I talk to the young ladies at reception, they apologized and they said a refund was authorized and to go through Expedia to deal with it. I contacted Expedia and they refused to reimburse the money. We left the hotel about an hour later. I won't trust Expedia...

“This was my second time staying at this hotel. The pricing is reasonable, and I really enjoy the beachfront location and surrounding area. Unfortunately, the hotel was still undergoing repairs during this visit. There was no direct beach access from the property, so we had to walk down the street to another access path. To add .The cracked egg is right across the street. The best breakfast food in Daytona we go every time. We would definitely stay here again. Tracy and Lee. Price is right.”

“Amazing customer service from the live-in manager and his staff. Available all hours of the day and night with great recommendations for food and activities. Property is a little on the weathered side but was extremely suitable for a stay. Beds were quite comfortable even though the frame was a popping metal that made noises at every movement. Great air conditioners, nice televisions, and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Would absolutely stay here again.”
