This was the BEST place ive ever stayed in. I travel to Jamaica 4 times a year and I will never stay anywhere else. The room is beautiful and spacious. Very clean and its close to EVERYTHING (food clothes gift shops, clubs) etc. The host was also very pleasant and informative, made me feel like I was home. Please book this place u will have the time of your life!!

The owner is very down to earth and communicable The apartment is clean and the decor is great. We were out of the apartment most times. The veiw is great as well Can't add anything negative as we were out of the apartment most times...Bed is comfortable. We didn't have time to even use the pool or the beach hope this helps.

I stayed with friends for 4 nights…we were very welcomed by the manager as he communicated well…even checking at times to see if we were ok….the hot water was broken on the second night and never got fixed….the room was clean but the sofa beds was so uncomfortable and dilapidated….the passage way was very mucky as no a\c was running Could not wait to get out of that awful place My vacation was Half ruins

Sorry for any inconveniences. Hot water was perfectly alright as it takes time for the heater to heat up. i checked in you people and you never complain. it is very surprising.

The Apartment complex had a pool and it was easy access to several amusement parks, restaurants were within walking distance. You can even access a tour company nearby. The apartment had several ammenities but its not outfitted for luxury, its a very basic apartment. TV, electric stove top, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, cable TV, wifi works well. Bathroom very small. Apartment suitable for 2 persons. I would say 3 stars..not bad..

when i arrived, i received a warm and friendly welcome from the caretaker, he was also helpful with helping me fine an affordable repair shop for my car. he his an awesome guy. The first apartment was not the best but the caretaker made sure i was move to a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view throughout the rest of my stay. i am defiantly returning.

We absolutely apologise for the inconvenience. But surprising you never mention anything like this when we communicated with you. I understand the reason your partner was upset for not getting the apartment on higher floor. But kindly note that we had clearly communicate this with him at least a week before your arrival. You had all the chance to cancel this reservation before your arrival rather than giving the unfair review

Like the location, spacious accommodation, friendly staff and a good manager that goes out of his way to give guest the best possible stay. George is a very reasonable and fair man. Didn't like that property was run down and in need a a major upgrade. If you're a big time investor then you may see this property as a great opportunity.

The owner was accommodating for check in, however that was the only positive thing about this apartment itself. The first night we came, the apartment was dusty, we were given towels the literally shed on you when you used it, most of the pots and pans had handles that were falling off them. The were these little tiny white bugs that were EVERYWHERE! I was traveling with someone who resides in Jamaica and even they couldn't figure out what it was. The sheets and blankets had stains on them; i could honestly go on and on. This property is severely outdated! After two nights we returned to the apt and someone had come in to clean it; the owner forgot to tell us this so we walked in feeling like someone had been in our place without permission. I have heard there are some really nice places in Turtle Towers; this is not one of them. I would not return nor recommend this property to anyone!

Location was ideal. Pool chairs could be better to allow to switch positions. Only allowed for laying on back. Security was good. Could use a coffee maker in the room. Was not pleased with check in conversation with person over the phone. Somewhat rude and aggressive with payment as if I was trying to cheat him or not pay upon check in.

Horrible Horrendous dirty Room!!!
I had the worse accommodation and experience this pass trip to Ocho Rios my room was switched by the owner of the hotel from Turtle Towers to Sandcastle Resorts. He claimed that he had plumbing trouble at Turtle Towers hotel but I guess it was at both hotels. My husband and I would have had a very disheartening time. The toilet couldn't flush the fan in the ceiling was dirty, the shower curtain was rusty and old dirty even. A huge padlock on the narrow balcony with two dirty chairs. Out of my 4 night stay 3 nights of party on the beach from 6pm-12 am with sound music box centered towards the room. It vibrated for those long hours Horrible Horrendous..

not at all what they advertised
The beach access was blocked off so had to walk a long way to access the beach . Housekeeping came every other day and did not want to change sheets . One day just rotated same sheets on bed . Ran out of toilet paper . Did not clean stove . Towels not fresh and had bleach marks . Not all the same brand or color . No weekend housekeeping available .room looks nice and could be very comfortable if it was clean. Owner very pleasant and tried to be helpful .sliding belcony door does not lock . Clock dies not work .
Type of towels you get every other day . Bleach marks ect .

The hotel was nasty.
This hotel should not be on Expedia because it smells bad, the furniture is old, the kitchen is dirty and the closet in the living room had a lock on it so I was unable to open it.

My checking in process was very slow simply because after 5 PM there is no front desk clerk. I had to wait on the ower to come and check me in. I stayed from Monday to Thursday and no one came to clean my room are offered towels .

Din't stay there.
I got there at 6:30 pm and the office was closed. there was no one to check me in. The only person was the security gourd in a little run down shed. Got to find out it was not a Hotel but an old high rise apartment building that needs repaires and a make over . From what I have seen I decided not to stay there. Was not happy will never booked there again.

Good Location
Right in the center of town close to everything, room comfortable but not clean, this is not a hotel but a condo owner not a good host, our wifi did not work the first day owner never came back or called to see if it was ok. overall facilities in poor condition and need upgrading. Kitchen cabinets falling apart, we had to buy our own bathroom tissue.

Very Dirty and unkept Hotel - Turtle Beach Tower
The first day we arrived the manager George told us that our suite was not ready and he put us in another suite in one of the other tower for that night. The suite he put us in for that night, was very dirty very filthy. The floor in the elevator in that tower was filthy. The bath tub was filthy dirty, the sheet on the beds was dirty, the furniture was very dusty. Overall the room was filthy dirty. We were so upset, we asked for a refund that very night. He moved us to the right suite the following day and the room and bathroom was a little cleaner. The kitchen was dirty, the fridge was dirty. There were open electric wires connecting the light bulbs, nothing covering the bulbs, the floor in the elevator and the hallways was very dirty. Only one elevator worked during our stay and the building have 11 floors. Overall. The hotel is not maintained and I am very disappointed you all have such a hotel listed on your website. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend anyone to stay there. It is so bad, I would suggest you remove it from your listing.

Attn: Turtle Beach Towers POA-ur in trouble!
The Property Owners Associaion is the problem. There are probably countless owners who are not paying their POA Dues and this has lead to liens on property but the POA cannot collect the money until the person sells their unit, this forces those who care and are wanting to keep the place insured and nice, have to pay more and more until they can only afford the minimal. The guards and staff at the front gate were excellent. The younger Jamacian female operator @ the front desk was so very kind and helpful. But there was no service from the owner, wires were exposed and the unit seemed electrically unsafe. Not sure towels were clean or bed, toilet tub did not seem scrubbed clean, but all dishes were clean and kitchen was clean, but no service. Someone would call and say room service was coming, but they never came. Toilet paper and towels ran out. But, beautiful view of the port where the oasis cruise ship comes in and other ships for loading, close to city and could be the best spot in town, but theh POA is in trouble and needs an owner to come in and care a lot and work hard to get this BEAUTIFUL, perfect location place, back in operation!

Misleading info About Turtle Towers Comdominium
Up on arriving at Turtle Towers private Condominiums i contacted the owner to let him know that i was going to be late. l got here about 10:30pm that day due to some running arounding in JA. I was disappointed because the so call " hotel" was not a real hotel but merely someone who as a place for rent for the weekend.The pictures on the wed site are misleading, the room was not bright and vibrant as shown on the "expedia wed site". there were no pillows or comforter are towels in bath room when i got there even though "Mr George" knew that i was coming luckily my girl friend and i took our own towels.The bed was a big issue as well i asked for a queen size and was given a king size bed, two single size beds were put together to form king size bed which only devide my girl and i when we went to bed. Expedia wed site said that a complementory break fast was provided but when we got here and asked about break fast we were told we have to buy break fast. I could go on and on, about my experience at Turtle Towers Condominiums but won't all i am going to say is that the experience was terrible and needs to improve ASAP . I would not recommend " Turtle Towels Private Condominium for many reasons. February 24, 2012 to February 27, 2012.

I was disappointed. No one was at the desk upon arrival. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I was taken by someone who didn't have ID to the room on "0" floor. Nice Room, but I saw "Waterbugs" and "ants" - No A/C - that did it for me! I was asked to stay one night and then I would be moved to a higher floor. When I was finally moved toward the end of the day, the room was presentable, but could stand some decor and cleanness! Too bad; the rooms could have been nicer!

lage ist in ordnung.jedoch gibt es in ochi nur wenige restaurants. der strand ist nicht ansprechend. entgegen der beschreibung -kein frühstück;kein radio,defekter fernseher,defekte mikrowelle,keine tägliche reinigung,kein safe, sehr laut;türschloss defekt! insgesamt sehr abgewohnt und nicht zum weiterempfehlen!
