"Friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast isn't the largest spread but it's great for a couple days. "

"There was a kitchenette in our unit but no dishes were provided. The countertop was in rough shape, didn't feel it was very sanitary to prepare food on. There were no blankets and 3 pillows, I asked for more and was told they didn't have any. We couldn't get heat only cold air. The hallways were smokey from cigarette/pot. There were several people hanging out in the hall. The bathtub faucet was loose and had a hard time turning on the water. The counter in the bathroom was in poor condition. We had a difficult time connecting with staff at the front office"

"I would not know how the room was. I messaged them that would be late due to traffic and could i still check in. They never got back to me and when we got there a little after 2am, exhausted, there was no one there and they kept my money."
