“I was disappointed as I was looking for a resort experience but was underwhelmed. Our first night we were excited to eat at the onsight restaurant. No joke, everthing I tried to order was "not available." 6 tries in and i chose a ceasar salad that was mediocre. There was no pool side drinks unless you walked over to the bar. The bar primarily had tequila. The waterfall bar was never open. The hot tub was so strongly chlorinated that we couldn't stay in long. There were people playing their own...

“The staff at the front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating but the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. There were two laundry rooms in my building and BOTH were out of service. We had to walk two buildings over. We had the give view suite so we had a lotWe stayed 4 nights and the suite with kitchen.
