To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. "

"Me and my kid stayed here for 4 nights, we had the room with the loft and kitchen. It was great that we were able to make breakfast in the room and dinner. It was nice having more space to relax in. I also did some reading on the deck in the sun. The pool area was great and kept clean. We plan on going back next summer. "
