Good condition hotel for the price. Except the noise from 58 at night time for some groups of motorists, I was able to feel comfortable to stay there

Very clean and convenient. Everything you need is in the hotel room. Beds are soft, which is a hard find anywhere in the Asia area. Great bang for your buck here. Look no further. Also, easy check in and out and easy to accomplish all for Americans.

Great location next to the beach and walking distance to American village. Pack extra towels if you plan to go to the beach because they don’t provide extra ones you would have to pay an additional fee.

ホテルというよりもウィークリーマンション的な宿ですが、近隣の同価格帯の宿よりも綺麗で、キッチンや洗濯機が完備されているのが嬉しい！乾燥機もあるので、滞在中は洗濯もできて大いに助かりました。駐車場も停めやすく（近隣にはPなし宿も多々）、近所には飲食店も多いので夜出歩くのも一興。徒歩５分圏内のドラッグストアで食品や酒類も手に入りますし、車で５分圏内にはファストフードやスーパーも多く、またアメリカンビレッジも近いので北谷エリアで楽しみたい旅人にはベストチョイスです。またお邪魔します！

The amenities in the place are good, the kitchen items are just enough to cook and have meals to inside the room. The only thing that made me disappointed this time( it was my third stay)was that the hair rinse was mixed with water. I think hotel owner should take a very strict look at this. Last two times I was very satisfied with shampoos and conditioners and this time it felt not good. All the rest is very nice, the room is comfortable the bed is soft.

室内や寝具の臭いが気になりました。初めてのコンドミニアムタイプの宿泊施設の利用でした。キッチン利用には、ラップ、台拭き、床拭き、塩コショウやソースや等の調味料を持参すれば良かったと思いました。洗濯洗剤、シャンプー、コンデショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープ、食器洗い洗剤は常備してありました。洗濯干しはありましたが、洗濯バサミが欠けていました。スタッフさんはとても親切でした。北谷バス停前のホテルでしたので、利用バスさえきちんと理解していれば、とても便利です。アメリカンビレッジまでは徒歩15〜20分で遠くは感じませんでした。

北谷周辺でとても便利でした。部屋の中に洗濯機と乾燥機があるので助かりました。小学生の子連れで宿泊しましたが、子どもたちもお家みたい！とはしゃいでおり、問題なく宿泊できました。ただ、ゴミ箱辺りに小さなアリがいたのが気になりました。それ以外は大満足でした！

チェックイン時少してこづりましたがチェックイン済ませた後は特に問題はありませんでした広々として良いお部屋でした大人4人でベッド２台は少し窮屈でした

The hotel is one of the nicest places I have stayed in while in Japan. Some highlights include the washer and dryer in the room and the small kitchen, which had all the dishes and essentials needed for cooking. However, I did have an issue with the noise around the property. The hotel is located near a major road, and it could get quite loud from Monday-Friday, especially between 9 and 11 pm. During this time, I could distinctly hear motorcycles passing by, and some riders seemed to intentionally lower their RPMs, creating an annoying loud noise. None of this is the hotel fault but just something I experienced to keep in mind.
