To address this issue, we will say we do apologize for the inconvenience and for your belongings being damaged. We are sincerely sorry for the troubles you encountered while in house with us. Our staff does an amazing job at making sure you experience proper hospitality. Best Western is not liable for lost or stolen property and again we do apologize. Staff did bring you out a broom and dustpan to help clean up and staff also advised you to call the police to fill out a report which you never did and that is a guest responsibility. We rarely have problems with that and nationwide has a major problem with the transient in every city and state. We hope you will give us another chance and hope everything turns out for the best.

Our facility is located off of a major highway which tends to lead to a bunch of transient people in area. We do our best to keep unwanted visitors off of our property hints why our front door has key card access for guest use only. It does add for extra security for our guest and employees as well.
