My son and I was in the city for a birthday party and we chose the hotel. We were very pleased by the comfort of the room and beds There wasn't any big issues of cleanliness except mirror was dirty, some dishes weren't very clean and counter had some stuff that wasn't wiped up. Over all I was still pleased .

Not worth $180 per night
We got there and the check in counter was dirty and had hair on it. I thought oh no…..They had no water to sell and very limited snacks. I got on the elevator and it was filthy. The corners were built up with dirt a grim from not being cleaned. I thought maybe I’ll skip spending the night and push on the 3 hour drive back home. I got in the room and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and in good condition. My room was next to the elevator but I didn’t hear it at all. Checking out the next morning and the lobby floor was very dirty. The check in counter was still dirty from the night before.

Good morning. I'm not sure what hotel you're speaking of. Candlewood Is very clean and our market is well stocked. The water is on the bottom shelf in cooler and we also have breakfast items to purchase also plenty of chips and and other snacks. I'm sorry you though otherwise.

OKC Trip
Location was perfect for my trip to OKC. I have seen this hotel from the road on my other visits to the area, however was leery due to other reviews. I am glad that I did book my stay. The check-in was seamless and efficient. They were training new staff, however the trainee was excellent in my check-in process. The room was my initial hesitation due to the reviews. How way off base those reviews were. The room was perfect - all of the pictures and the usage of the room were spot on. Location is definitely a plus - just a word of advice when using Uber for a pick up - text the driver not to follow the drive app as the direction will take the driver the long way to get there. The location is easy - right off of NW 12th Street. I will stay again on my return visit. Could not recommend this place more - price, location, safe, and a great to rest and relax.

It was OK but I did point out to the morning desk clerk that for sale items in the freezer had a 2009 expiration date. She was horrified and promptly snatched them out as she should have but one has to wonder why they were there.

We talked about this issue. Nothing in our market is expired. Especially what date your claiming. We didn't owe the property at that time

The property itself was better than I expected from the photos. The only issue was with check in. Never in all my years of vacations, have I been charged the full amount AND also had a “second pending charge” for the full amount. We stayed 2 nights in a studio so it was like almost $900 held in limbo. I couldn’t imagine if I only had that amount for weekend to eat or play with. There’s something suspicious about that. I’ve stayed in multiple properties across the United States and there’s a charge for the stay and a second pending charge for a lot smaller for incidentals. This should be looked into for those that would be screwed if all their money was held because whoever checked them in, mischarged them for the incidentals. So my advice is when checking in, to clearly ask how much they are charging. Other than that, the room was clean and proper and much more updated than the pics give it justice. Would stay here again even after the issue at check in.

The property was fine however will never stay there again. They billed me for the nights and then billed me again for extras that might incur without telling me which forced an issue with my account and they still haven’t credited it back yet

Should post policy about certain debit cards that cannot be used for incidentals, drove all day and wanted to rest, only to be turned away and not get a refund due to the hotel not allowing a certain debit card to charge

The room was big and nice. Everything else was absolutely terrible. Do not recommend. Terrible service. We had to wait an hour and a half after check in time to get a room. They over charged us. Disabled our friends room so they couldn’t get in and paid them pay again. Awful awful.

I stayed one night. The room was big. Included a refrigerator, microwave, little burner, and a coffee pot. Ironically it had plates and cups but no silverware so that was odd. Very clean, desk clerk was nice, no breakfast served but they did have frozen stuff and snacks you could purchase. No condiments for them though. For a quick stay it worked great

A clean hotel with a kitchenette. It must have been recently remodeled. Not the easiest to get to given its just off the highway, but definitely worth a nights stay!

On this day the room that we had featured a recliner. It had been moved into the middle of the floor and cleaned around. I moved it back in the corner and there was money and food underneath the chair. The end table by the bed was not wiped down because it had sticky residue on it.

Easy access, good parking, excellent kitchen supplies, l loved Watkins products in bathroom. All the places we have stayed in my life this has to be the cleanest bathroom.

Up on check in I was informed that I would be charged additional $50 for pet fee. The link on hotels.com said pet friendly, will it is but it will cost you an additional $50, wish I would have known that prior to check in.

I will never stay nor recommend this hotel to anyone and intend on contacting their corporate offices to file a complaint. The room phone did not work the evening we arrived; when I told the girl at the front she looked at me like I was crazy. My 8 year old granddaughter found a small picture under one of the chairs, pulled it out and it ashes and half a joint. Obviously the room had not been cleaned efficiently. The bath tub drain was slow and while taking a shower the wall pooled around my feet. The people across the hall were up all night; going from one room to another; each time slamming the door. Needless to say I was exhausted the next morning and had to drive 7 hours to get home. I travel extensively and this was the worse place I have ever stay. My card was charged $241 and my nightly rate $80 is not sure how or what they charged for “incidentals”.

The hotel is slightly dated, however it was clean. The website states they have rollaway’s available, but when asked for one we were told they did not have any.

Didn't enjoy my stay at all. My shower head so dirty water Barely even came out. Then I noticed that as soon as I got at there 230 to check-in they decided they were just going to clean my room and did a Sloppy job.I just worked a long shift at work i was tired. The little older lady at the front looked like it was so Unconvenient that I was there 30 minutes early.
