The staff was outstanding! The lady that helped with breakfast today (3/13) was the best. She was so kind to everyone! Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Questionable area as well as some of the people hanging around. Bathroom in pool area was disgusting and could not be used. Around the pool wasn’t cleaned daily. However, I would stay there again. The staff made it a place that I felt comfortable to return to.

We didnt check in until 3 am and when we got in the heater/ac did not work in our room but the front desk was quick to get us in another room at no hassle.

Our stay was okay. Our room was a great size for us traveling with several little ones. We did find a worm/maggot not to sure what it was in one of the beds under the covers. It was late and the littles had already settled for bed and we didn’t want to deal with having to move them. Breakfast had several different options.

Just a quick stay

Was ok.
It was ok. Breakfast was very average. It’s wasn’t busy so that was good. Would be nice if we could use the pool until 11 in weekend.

Received a call that someone had been in our room smoking cigarettes leaving the smell and ashes everywhere. We don’t smoke cigarettes but was blamed and charged for this. The evening staff that checked us in was nice and informative but the morning stuff sat on his phone and refused to check us out. Told us to leave our key card on the counter and he would get to it later.
