Good location for airport access. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Coffee was MEH, but that's not unusual in my experience. Not sure why hotels like this are often unable to make decent coffee.

The property was a little above average. My complaints were they had no snack bar and the soda vending machine only had water in it. Other than that, they stay was good.

Not the most comfortable king bed. My daughter was sleeping on the pull out bed. There was one pillow and one blanket for her to use. The phone in to room didn’t work so I called down from my phone to see if she could get and extra blanket and was told no, we do not provide anything extra than what’s already in the room. Thought that was pretty strange. I’ve never had a hotel do that. We stayed in room 207 and the street light shined in the window so bright that it looked like it never got dark out. That was even with the curtains pulled.They do put a $100 hold on your card as well which was fine. Overall not a terrible place but won’t be staying there again.

Check was fast & easy upon arrival. The next day i went to go get my kids from their grandparents we went swimming and then went to the room & then got ready & left. I ended up having them stay with their grandparents because not even us being in the room for 10 minutes a receptionist said we got a noise complaint from the people below us and when i went downstairs i noticed the receptionist was below us. My twins are 3 years & my daughter turned 8…. It wasn’t a very kid friendly hotel cause please tell me how I’m able to keep my kids from making noise & having fun

Check was smooth but our key would not work to our room, when my husband went down there to let the lady know she said that’s not the right room key or room and question my husband, she gave us the room and and room number, anyways got that fixed, The rooms were clean but they did not have any sort of maintenance to fix the toilet that was broken and the microwave. Overall would not stay here again

Nice stay, close to airport. Was unaware there was a $100 deposit until we got there. It was fine but still thrown off. I later went back to my booking and at the very bottom it does have that added.

Overall Satisfying
Overall the hotel was clean and staff friendly. Location is great for ease of travel and to find food if you’re not from the area like I was. Our first night my bed sheets had fairly small holes in them so those should have been thrown away. Biggest issue with staff is that housekeeping knew no English, which made communication difficult in regards to cleaning of my room and the bedding issue stated above.

Would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I had a nice stay here. We got a king size bed, and it was comfortable. The room also had a nice chair and then a desk with a chair. We were on the third floor, and it was fairly quiet. I did not get to try the breakfast, but I did notice in a little room adjacent to the lobby there was a table full of offers and incentives from area places to eat. Our room had plenty of light and outlets which was a nice change.

Beware
When I went to use the Shower the first morning I found that the shower was broken. The shower head was a handicap shower setup. On the flexible cord. Problem is that the clamp to hold it was broke. When I asked to change rooms they said they knew about the shower being broke and that they had a part on order. So I asked to be moved. I would have to hold it above my head while trying to put shampoo on. They said they had no other handicap rooms. I said I'd take any room. They would not move me because they said I booked from a 3rd party and they had no more room types that I had booked. I said that they shouldn't be offering a room that had a broken shower head. I've never left a good or bad review. I've been self employed for 30 years traveling. This was the worst customer server I've ever experienced.

There was no shower curtain in my room. The front desk clerk when checking in was a really kind gentleman and very friendly. Not sure if it was due to new year's weekend, but the hotel did seem a little dirty/messy.

The service was awesome!!! I arrived extremely early, my luggage was held for me until I could check in and the Staff was very friendly my entire stay!
