This is a nice hotel, but not 5 star. The desk clerks and housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel was pretty clean, although the elevators could be swept daily. As for the food, the waffles were great, but they were out of coffee or it was cold every morning and the eggs were cold sometimes and pretty dry (powdered eggs). I would stay here again as the rooms were nice.

What i didn't like was having to wait a long time for the concierge all the time. But besides that it was an okay experience.

Very nice to have a free breakfast. The waffles were awesome .The eggs were disappointing, powdered or something & dry, not like real scrambled. I eat a high protein breakfast usually, not all the carbs & sweets. Other than that, it was all good

We stayed here because my dad was having surgery nearby the next morning. We stayed in a suite with a king size bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room area to give us each our own privacy. The fold out couch was your typical not so comfortable place to sleep, but it was just for one night. Overall it was a nice stay. The room was clean, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast.

Mold was growing in the shower. On the soap dish. Not a lot but it will spread. The water in the sink smelled. It smelled like sewer. The breakfast needs to be updated. The eggs tasted old and cold. The biscuit was rock hard. The lady at the desk never smiled. I heard a dog barking for a long time. I did like the room. Nice and large. I come and stay for doctor visits. I don’t know if I will stay again.

Bed was a little firm but the water pressure in the shower by far made up for it. Good place to stay. Breakfast was standard but was hot.

Overall we had an excellent stay. Alittle miscommunication about the security deposit but that was cleared up immediately upon arrival. Check in was smooth and the room was very clean. Breakfast was better than expected. Would highly recommend

Great hotel!!!
Room was large, clean, and a great stay. As we had family in Mercy Hospital, this hotel was only about a mile away and offered a medical rate as well you just have to tell them. I highly recommend this hotel!!!
