Lots of people partying (drinking & vaping) with children running and jumping in pool area well past posted hours. Breakfast foods were not kept hot. Coffee had a very acidic taste to it.

Stayed here after driving 12 hours. Jacuzzi was a welcomed respite! Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and well stocked. Staff was friendly and parking was plentiful. Will be staying here again on my return trip.

Front desk check-in person was less than congenial - could have had a way better attitude and demeanour. Obviously wasn’t thrilled to be there. Everything else was fine but that’s not a good first impression on a hotel property.

This property is well kept, both inside and out. Had I not had a car, there were at least five restaurants I could have easily walked to..Shopping and additional restaurants and fast food are available within a short drive. Upon request a late checkout is available. This property is often frequented by oilfield workers but remains pristine clean. There is a friendly note on the front door requesting that oilfield guests remove their boots upon entry. Everyone appreciates cleanliness at the end of the day. The lobby offers a coffee bar where assorted drimks are available without charge 24/7. There are also food items which can be purchased and can be heated in the microwave which is a standard feature in each room. The guest rooms are furnished with a coffee pot, microwave and mini refrigerator. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are standard in each room. I feel certain another stay will be booked at this location in the coming year.

The employees are very helpful. Housekeeping found an item and called us to have the item mailed back to us. Above and beyond.

Accessible to a lot of shopping options. Easy stay off the interstate when traveling. Kids enjoyed the pool, and adults the hot tub.

Disappointing stay.
We booked a night to stay for my sons birthday so he could swim. I called ahead of time to make sure the pool was open and they said yes. When we went down to swim it was FREEZING. Nobody could get in because it literally hurt. I went to the front desk to ask about it and they said “yeah the pool heater is broken.” I said that would’ve been nice if they told me that when I called before booking to inquire about the pool. One other issue was the bolt lock on our door did not work. It didn’t line up at all. We tried lifting up on the door to lock it and it was so off there was no way at all to make it work. Cleanliness was pretty good.

This was absolutely the nicest Holiday Inn we have every visited. Our room was clean, comfortable and updated. The staff looked professional and were very friendly. It was a pleasure to stay here.
