The hotel probably would have been great, but I never made it due to airline cancellation. The "terrible" rating is thus entirely due to booking on Expedia, which didn't allow me to cancel the hotel when the airline canceled. Fortunately I bought the extra insurance, but Expedia makes filing a claim ridiculously complicated, hoping people will just give up. If the insurance pays as advertised I'd change my rating from terrible to bad. I'd not book through Expedia again, but directly with the hotel.
