The hotel is always clean when I stay there. The only issue is that the parking is sometimes is a challenge when they have events there. The buffet breakfast was good but it was a challenge to find seating.

The property was OK not well maintained in the rooms per what’s being charged per night. There was a man at the front desk during check-in that was very rude and unhelpful, but the lady that he was working with made the situation much better the staff in the bar area Were very helpful. Customer service oriented. The food was good. The cleaning of the rooms was upon request which, in my opinion for what is being charged per night, should be automatic maid service to come change bed linens, and sanitize the rooms.

I was surprised at the service and the condition of the hotel. It was ok, nothing special. When we checked in the counter person was informative enough but was almost impossible to reach again. (Please get the counter more help.) Our room, #202 needs more light and the AC wasn't working properly. We did try to have breakfast one time at the property and followed the instructions to seat ourselves. We chose the cleanest used table we could find and waited for over 10 minutes and were never served. And not at fault of the hotel a water main busted. It was fixed the same day but the staff didn't think to check the hot water heaters. That evening when I went to get a shower, there was no hot water. I tried to call the front desk to notify them 5 different times before just going to bed. No one ever answered. The next morning, same, no hot water. My husband did reach someone that morning and they said they were looking for a plumber to come out on Memorial Day to address the hot water issue. Needless to say, we had a COLD shower and checked out.
