The hotel has not been maintained there's holes in the walls paint is peeling super dirty when I got there they did not change the sheets or put any tissue or anything in a restroom looks like there's blood on the curtains it was a nightmare I will never make a reservation for that hotel again

It was ok checking in was a problem! Their outdated computer system had me checking in for over 30 minutes! They held $20 deposit it’s not been returned onto debit card, I would hesitate to use Wyndham because of that

It was very, very terrible
When I got out of the shower, there was a roach in the shower with me while I was trying to lay in the bed a roach came on the ceiling. Bathroom door does not shut. I should have gotten a picture and I did it so you just have to take my word for it. Merry Christmas Eve.

I was unhappy because Orbitz didn't fulfill their end of the deal. I paid for the reservation on June 8, 2023. Orbitz didn't pay their part of the reservation. I was promised a full refund after the Manager at Super 8 canceled my reservation becausde Orbitz wouldn't pay their part after numerous conversations with Orbitz. So I was more unhappy with Orbitz than with Super 8. What is the purpose of booking with Orbitz if they don't fulfill their end of the bargain.

Bed was very uncomfortable, had a big dip in it. I rolled right into the dip. It gave me a bad back ache. I had to use chair to help me stand up. My back was left aching for 3 days. Also there was a big spider above window. Had to have staff come and remove it. Unhappy with television service. No breakfast accommodations.

All the cheaper places are worn-out. Full of dope and what goes with it. Im 70 years old. They put me on the second floor. No way to park so you can view car. Only one room was further away from office.

It is an inexpensive hotel with some surprisingly good amenities - a nice inside courtyard with a well-maintained pool. The landscaping - especially in the courtyard - is well-maintained and good-looking. During our 4-day stay, the staff worked hard at cleaning, including emptying public accessible trash cans and outdoor areas. They are pet-friendly and charge $15/day for each pet, which is reasonable. (We travelled with a small well-behaved dog.) The staff was friendly and cooperative. Things got a bit noisy in the morning a couple of times with housekeeping staff talking loud to each other near the rooms which can be annoying. They should try to keep it a little quieter. The location is bordered by a car dealership and IH-40 with easy access from the interstate. The time into downtown Oklahoma City is 10-12 minutes. The management is definitely trying to run a clean place, and it shows. It is an older hotel with carpeting in the rooms. Our room was clean and functional with some nice amenities such as a refrigerator (very cold) and microwave (worked great), coffee maker (one cup) and hair dryer. The towels deserve a special mention - very soft and possibly the best we've seen at a low-cost place like this! The TV worked fine. I felt safe walking my dog at night (even 3AM) at this location. I would not feel this safe at a downtown OKC location, so this is a good alternative to staying downtown which is only 10-12 minutes away. Overall rating is 4 stars - thanks!

My overall experience was good except for when we checked in the lady at the front desk was rude and wouldnt let us finish speaking.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last 2 years and the front desk employees are always so friendly and professional. I have had the exact same room every time I've stayed and unfortunately this time the room was not very clean at all. The carpets had not been vaccuumed nor the bathroom floor swept or mopped. The room smelled of Marijuana (a non-smoking room) and had dead bugs on the floor. House keeping could definitely spend more time doing their job to make this place an overall good place to stay!

Old building. Rusty and broken down. The room I was in stunk terribly. Left door open for a long time for fresh air. Good thing I travel with a large can of spray lysol. This place is in desperate need of restoration.

Arrived to check in, the lady at front desk seemed as though she didn’t want to be there was not friendly at all.. On the 2nd day after we asked for another towel a housekeeping manager and a gentleman were yelling from downstairs to upstairs about shortages of towels and other issues within super 8 our room had mold in the bathroom got 2 towels for 7 days for 3 people because of “shortage of towels”. We stayed a total of 7 nights and had our room serviced one time because after day 3 I finally asked someone walking by my room. I left a note on the counter to tidy up beds take trash and replace towels and vacuum. They did not touch the beds or take the trash they left it on our tv stand. And our towels got folded and put back on the rack. And needless to say. It didn’t get vacuumed either. Im not sure what happend in there😂 Just spend the extra few dollars on a good room.

I emailing you regarding my current stay at this hotel. I am very displeased with the condition of the room I am paying for. The carpet is dirty, there are not enough towels in the room for four people, the furniture was not cleaned or wiped off, the room phone does not work and the toilet is not working properly. These are not the conditions that was advertised or that I would recommend for my family or friends in the future. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Contacted management, still no response.

The room smelled, the sheets on the bed were stained, there was hair on the wall in the bathroom, no bath towels (only a hand towel and wash cloth), there was a lot of noise from other rooms, burnt out and missing light bulbs

Every corner in the room had dead bugs and dirt in it. There was only one towel that did not appear to have been used to scrub muddy boots and then be rinsed out, dried and folded. There was black mold growing out of the pea trap, that looked like it was holding the pipes in place. There was long dark hairs stuck to the walls of the room and shower and hanging out of the blow dryer. My wife's hair got stuck to the sticky red splatter on the wall as she was taking off her shoes. The smell of the room was smoke mixed with mold. Not to mention, it took almost an hour to get checked into my room. There was one one person working the desk and the poor woman was running ragged having to make multiple calls to confirm reservations. Overall, I would give this place a -1 if it were possible.
