Felt old and ran down. Bathroom has seen better days. Maybe if there was vents the walls wouldn’t be peeling and looking moldy.

Not that great for the price
It said the lobby was being renovated but it seems like the rooms need some TLC as well. Our shower handle was about to fall off, cabinets stuck and doors were crooked, ceiling paint was peeling in our room. We liked the fact we could get 2 BR but otherwise I probably wiuld not book here again.

Nothing was nice about this place, its way over priced. The front counter had a can of raid on the floor. The pool was disgusting murky water with some kind of film on it. On top of that I found a scorpion of all things on the wall at the pool. So needless to say I did not sleep well. This place is outdated and dirty. $70 is the most you should pay at a place like this. I do not recommend staying here.

The freezer in the room was so loud we couldn't sleep through it. Front desk person said ok and nothing else when we told her about it. She was also on the phone the whole time I tried to speak with her about it and seemed not interested.

Excellent Hotel!!!
We were thoroughly impressed with our room & the hotel. Very comfortable, roomy & exceeded every expectation. The kitchenette was wonderful. The bed was super comfy & the shower was huge! The staff was friendly & informative. Hotel was quiet & located far enough away from the highway that you didn't hear any noise at all.

The people were friendly, but the room was poorly stocked, the breakfast was lame compared to other places I’ve stayed. The laundry had no way to purchase detergent or even get change for the machines. They missed the housekeeping service once. Big disappointment for a Marriott hotel. In fact I was shocked at the poor condition. It’s evident that this property is in trouble.

RODENT INFESTATION! BEWARE!
Checked in early which was great, front desk women are super kind and helpful but first room had no AC, Sunday check in and no maintenance people on duty, moved to 2nd room toilet was backed up, 3rd room was infested with rats...truthfully apparently the whole hotel is! They were EVERYWHERE! One even crawled on to the sofa in our room while we were sitting on it! Running through the hallways and in our rooms DISGUSTING! Board of health has been notified!

Each person in our group had a negative experience. They ranged from leaky showers and toilets to rodents and bedbugs in rooms, and soiled adult diapers piled in the hallway.

The young lady that checked us in was awesome! Great customer service. She was helpful in getting us checked in and moving us to a cleaner room immediately! She even offered to clean the room herself! The hotel seemed fairly new but already worn out and dirty. The furniture was stained and things all over the room were broken. For the price I would definitely choose one of the other hotels in the surrounding area.

The stay here was amazing. Just be sure to check your statements my room was charged twice and I’m currently dealing with that now.

I’m picky pleaser
I could complain. Customer Service was pleasing. Room was quite and breakfast was appropriate. Had the 2bedroom suite. Nice room. Enjoyed the stay Only pool no jacuzzi. Will book again. Lady at front desk Kay and Alice at night wonderful customer service.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed. The room was not even cleaned. They never changed out the bedding as there was literally pubic hairs and body fluid all over the sheets. The soaps were not changed out, never was vacuumed and tables, sofas and countertops were dirty. There excuse was they were so busy and understaffed. This hotel should be shut down by the health department as it was absolutely discusting!

Decent Stay
Guy at front desk was nice, was well received. Room was Ok, but smelled like a dogs room and the sheets were wrinkled. but was only there for one night passing through so its a decent stay. Breakfast was good on the way out. Would recommend.
