"Our family of four (2 adults, a 17-year-old, and an 11-year-old) stayed at Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki for 8 nights, and it was fantastic! The room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for our family. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety each morning, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The laundry facilities were clean and convenient, which was a huge plus for a longer trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
"Associa is one of the best hotels or the best hotel in the shin Yokohama area. I have stayed in several hotels around it including Prince hotel but Associa is the best. The hotel location in the train station, the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff, room size, cleanliness, daily room service, etc. The hotel staff had all my luggages that I left in the front desk during a break in my trip and placed them in my new room when I came back and stayed for 3 more days. They had all bathroom supplies stocked up daily in the room whereas most hotels stopped doing that. Overall me and my family of 3 enjoyed Associa."
"Super clean and beautiful air conditioning. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Good layout, good use of space. Great location by the Shin-yokohama station. 8 minute walk to our Shinkansen"
"I stayed for three nights, and I am so happy with having stayed there. I highly recommend this hotel. Only thing I disappointed was no hair cap as amenities"
"Easy access to train station and close to cafes and restaurants. Walkable to a lot of shopping areas.
Because it was close to the train station, it was easy to get to a lot of landmarks.
Staff were professional and were helpful. They answered all of my questions about luggage delivery service. Which is a plus to be able to drop off at the lobby for delivery to your next location."
