Nice property. Right next to Shin-Yokohama station. We could see the Shinkansen from our window. Great view.

Excellent Location!!! Train station - five minute walk! Shopping and restaurants galore, super close! Room very dated but clean. Left curtain open 24hr./7 to enjoy a beautiful view with three windows long - helped with dark, outdated room. Luggage Precheck-in wonderful with great staff but Front Desk Male Clerk, was very unfriendly and snooty. Ammenities very stingy. No complimentary water bottles either. Over all with all things considered, a good place to stay - Reasonable priced.

I stay at this hotel every month. It's an old hotel, but it's comfortable. I recommend a room on the tenth floor or higher.

If you are traveling with a JR pass it is the perfect hotel. You can be on the Shinkansen in 5 min. From your room. We bounced around all over Japan. It so convenient.

Great place

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The only things I could suggest would be to extend the hours of the restaurant/bar in the main lobby and to add comfortable seating in the main lobby. There is plenty of space to do so.

Lovely hotel only a few minutes from Shin Yokohama station. It’s also attached to a mall where you can get some shopping done. The breakfast buffet add on was affordable and the food options were great as well. Wish I woke up sooner to try more dishes!
