"I had a wonderful stay at this motel in Penticton. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to “Sharon”. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm personality and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. It's rare to come across such excellent customer service, and Sharon truly made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this motel to anyone visiting Penticton and would gladly stay here again."

"Had the cabin which with 3 bedrooms and pull out with a kitchen. Also had 2 parking spots and a place sit and barbeque (never had a chance to use). Cabin and outside area are fairly clean but very dated. Bathroom was updated. The couch had a old cloth cover on it. Inside smelled like old cigarettes. Expected more for the large sum paid. The dishwasher leaked when we used it a it took us a long time to get the TV to work due to wire problems (had to move the wires to get power to stay on the TV box) It was late when this occured so did not let staff know until the morning. No one was in the office when we checked out (9 am) so called number. The manager was dismissive of issues stating housekeeping never told him about the TV issue. Did offer to clean up the water but we cleaned up already as it happened at 11pm. Manager never apologized, was silent and hung up. Stuff happens but we were very irritated by the lack of concern and him being dismissive."
