"Worst night This is the first time in my life I’ve stayed in a hotel room with such poor soundproofing. I can hear everything from the room next door—even the sound of people talking and sneezing. What’s even worse is that the people next door didn’t go to sleep until 1:00 AM. I never want to stay here again."

"2 items: We suggest you have some gluten free items on the breakfast bar. And we reserved a 2 night stay but could only use one night. We were not allowed a refund for the 2nd night. Therefore we ended up paying double for our one night stay. Ridiculous!!! We tried to cancel our 2nd night and you refused a refund???"

"Went to check in only to find one person working and a line of people complaining that rooms were not cleaned before checking in new guests. Was told to come back around 4 when check in was at 3. The waterpark was great! But was told it was only open until 9 and would be closed the next day. We had no remotes for either tv in the room and didn't have control over the air/heat in the room. Only 1 elevator worked. No breakfast options. Nothing was open like the Snack Shop or restaurant in the hotel. Overall disappointment and won't be back. "

"Planned three-week stay (business trip) – the hotel’s website stated that the pool was undergoing renovations but would be open by the end of February; the hotel advertised a fitness center and laundry facilities – reality: March 24: pool—closed, fitness center—closed, laundry room—dryer not working, clothes from the washing machine not washed. A flyer in the room states that cleaning/towel replacement takes place at least every three days—reality: the first room cleaning didn’t happen until a week into the stay after three requests to the front desk, and the second cleaning again only after a request to the front desk. Unwilling staff referred me to the “manager,” who, however, was not present in the morning or afternoon. "

"It was clean and the breakfast was excellent. However, the heater in the room was so, so loud that my family couldn't sleep. In the end, I turned off the heater in the early morning to sleep and slept in a cold room. This is a very tiring and terrible experience. "

"The parking was sufficient for the property. We were mostly able to park close to an exterior door which was close to our room. The dishwasher had items in it when we took possession of the room. There was a skillet with what appeared to be scrambled eggs which were not removed by the dishwasher cycle. I attempted to clean the skillet further by filling it with hot water and scraping the remainder of the scrambled eggs off. It would have been nice if the housekeeping person responsible for the room had checked on the dishwasher and made sure that the items were clean. The other issue is the sofabed which is clearly past it's prime. On the positive side are the staff. Everyone we interacted with were positive and helpful. The reason for our stay was a relative's birthday so we spent the majority of the day away from the property. We have stayed here several years ago. "
