โLoved the room and the way the building has been renovated. Also enjoyed great bar and coffee options the next morning. A really cool boutique hotel!โ
โIt was the last hotel on a long road trip, and it was the worst. The first was that they gave us a tool room used by the housekeepers and the door kept slamming shut until 10 o'clock at night. It was really horrible for us as we were tired.
And the pillow smelled like a pile of smelly hair. It's been a few days since I stayed at this hotel, but I can still remember the smell. They need to level up the hotel a little more.โ
โThe hotel condition was overall satisfactory. However, we paid a deposit of US 100.00 when we checked in to the hotel, but when we checked out, we found that it was not returned. Please confirm when the US 100.00 deposit will be returned.โ
โWe had a great time here, staff was so nice, rooms were clean but i think the carpet can use a steam/deep clean. Also we wanted to splurge a bit and got this hotel instead of our other cheap options and this is the first hotel that charges us for nightly parking either valet 25$ a night or self parking that's far away for another 12$ a day. Otherwise everything else was great.โ
โWe didnโt like that there was limited hotel parking and that we incurred a $15 a day parking fee. Breakfast was tasty and complimentary! We did find it strange that most housekeeping staff did not understand English. We asked for a few items and at least 4 different employees could not comprehend what we were asking for ie: a garbage bag, glasses for the room, towels, and a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage. Usually there is a scale in every fitness center of every hotel weโve ever stayed...
โI am a very very frequent traveler and luoi will not go wrong here . The manager is amazing the whole staff is amazing. They were very welcoming to us and allowed us to check in early knowing we had travel issues . EXTREMELY CLEAN !!!! This is a hidden jewel . โ
โStaying at the Grand for 3nights was nice, rooms were nice, beds very comfy, bathroom big and the showerโs are huge and prefect
The only thing I missed in our room was a microwave, it would have been nice to warm up some of our leftovers for a little midnight snack
Plus they have lots of staff on the casino floor, if you need something or canโt find something thereโs always someone to askโ

I didn't like that the tv didn't work, that the night light headboard didn't work and the phone in the room was dead. The light over the bathroom entrance was blinking off and on ready to go out. โ
