Prior to booking this location, I saw a review that basically stated this was an old Days Inn that they just put a new sign up and are trying to pass it off as a new beach area hotel, but after staying here (or lack thereof) this place is exactly that. The pictures they advertise on-line are not an accurate depiction of the poor condition of these rooms. For starters, our room had a terrible musky smell to it. The bed comforters had holes and stains in them. There were disgusting stains all over the inside of the front door. There was a huge dead on top of our air conditioner. And the bathroom had mold stains all over the top of the wall and ceiling. The shower head also had dirty and some sort of mildew around it. After only two hours, my family and I couldn’t stay there anymore and left early. The hotel hasn’t provided much of a resolution to accommodate the money we paid. At the end of the day, we paid for a reasonable and comfortable accommodation and we were not provided that. Please be aware of the condition of these rooms before booking.

Rooms are very dated with no matching furniture, dirty/stained throw rug. Sink faucet only worked when it wanted to, sometimes you had hot water, sometimes you didn't. Good sized refrigerator.

I loved that the entrances for the rooms are all outside, the water pressure for the shower was phenomenal. The rooms are simple and cute and affordable!

The photos of the property are deceptive. This is a dinky motel with dirty beds and rooms that are far less nice than the photos imply. When I noticed this, I tried to get a refund but since I technically accepted the key for the room before seeing it, they refused to honor the refund. I had to go to a different hotel and ended up doubling my budget for my vacation but it was worth it to get away from this place. Avoid at all costs.

This is a wonderful place to stay for the price. It was clean, the desk person carried my bag up to my room and gave me two bottles of water. It is close to shopping, food and the highway. I would definitely stay here again.

Not bad for price but not great
great location on the Boston Post Road and convenient; and room was very basic, but clean. Not sure if pets are allowed but there was a definite doggy smell in the room. Also had to troubleshoot the TV in order to make it work. But otherwise okay I guess

Really great stay. The price was right, it was much quieter than expected. Very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend and stay in again. The only thing was it smelled pretty heavily perfumed/the cleaning products used were very fragrant. Lovely stay regardless!
