"Perfect would of liked the use of a kettle"

"The major criticism of my stay at the hotel is that the elevators were very, very slow almost nonfunctional. Otherwise, the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. As always, the staff did the best they could. "

"This is a nicely located hotel. I booked as it was much cheaper than surrounding properties. Floors 1-11 were under construction. There was a smell of drywall and paint through out though. The staff were nice, the rooms spacious and nice. Aside from the construction, the only issue is the number of elevators for the demand - you often have to wait 5+ minutes. Overall apart for the construction- this is a good Hilton."

"This is a grand older hotel that definitely deserves its star rating. Staff were friendly and helpful from front desk, to concierge to doormen to housekeeping. Front desk went out of their way to assist in a late check out. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again! "
