"the room was clean but either the shower, sink or toilet was leaking (i thought maybe our swim clothes leaked on the floor but it happened again when we didn’t swim). Sorry for not letting you know but it was ro 315 and got my pants all wet. i was super disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. it was one of the reasons i booked with you. there was also an issue at breakfast where one of the guests was arguing with the lady preparing the continental breakfast and was making my son and i very uncomfortable. my son went back to our room and i was waiting on a waffle for my daughter . got stuck with the man at the elevator so i ended up taking the stairs to our 3rd floor room to avoid him. he was grumbling under his breath that he was going to beat her into submission. i wanted to let the front desk know but he was away when we packed up to leave. please ask the lady who served breakfast about the man who argued over coffee cups with her (he was the one that freaked me out and was also on the 3rd floor)."
