"This was an amazing find! Walk outside the hotel and your directly in the Universal City Walk. Best part is right across the bridge is Universal! The hotel was clean. A laundry room on each floor. The staff were very helpful. The even have a service on site to send your luggage to another hotel you might be going to. This will be the hotel we stay at everytime we go back to Universal Tokyo."

"What a great place... Everything was great! As a ryokan, the room was Japanese style, no shoes. The staff was not very conversant in English...enough to get by... and it could NOT have been better. The onsens were fantastic, eating in our yakatas a true experience. At dinner, the staff knew about our allergies and dislikes. The unbelievably wonderful waitress from Vietnam (I foolishly didn't get her name.) assured us at the beginning of our multi course meal that she and they would take care of us and that we had nothing to worry about. I LOVE THE GRAND HOTEL!"
