“The cleaning staff was friendly when we asked for coffee and towels”

“Asked for a lake view, no response from the kid working the counter. Was not greeted, felt as if we were interrupting his phone scrolling. Asked if the shuttle could take us to the casino, all we get is "Uh, huh!" Couldn't find the ice machine, didn't dare ask where it was. However, the lady at the counter in the morning was extremely pleasant and happy to help with our needs.”

“Room was clean. There was a pool but the hot tub was working and the breakfast was ok. Staff very nice.”

“Front desk staff rude and did not tell us anything at all about the room, the stay and extremely slow. Someone else’s garbage left in our room - on the vanity (used oral care). Room was freezing as unit heater was difficult to use. Room keys sometimes work, sometimes don’t. Would not go back.”

“Super nice and simple room. Perfect for the simple town! Parking was easy and not far from the entrance. Lots of little shops, but we were there during Easter so not much of it was open. We were able to check out Cuyuna Brewing and Iron Range Eatery. Both good and friendly. Didn’t have to communicate with the staff during our stay. ”

“Very nicely decorated space with a cabin feel. Very clean & kitchen stocked with all we needed for cooking. With it being winter the gas fireplace was warm, comfy, & romantic for our get away.”
