“Clean, bed comfy, great hot breakfast, staff great.”

“Since we booked thru Expedia the receptionist would not give us our Holiday Inn points. The hot tub was closed and the air conditioning in the room did not work (it was a balmy 98 degrees) when we got there. After contacting the front desk we were told the maintenance workers had gone home. No other rooms were available so we were told we would get a discount. In the morning when we checked out another lady was working and she said since we booked thru Expedia she could not give us a discount...

“Big room - very clean - decent breakfast with made to order omelets.”

“Bathroom was in need of maintenance. Paint was peeling badly and tub/shower needs to be replace. Shower didn't feel clean. Front staff was unengaging on check-in and check-out ”

“The room looked nice when we walked in so we could tell that some renovations had been done. That was just visual cosmetics though. There were no hangers in the closet, the bed was made but poorly, and the bath faucet nearly came off the wall when I went to switch it to the shower mode. However, for the shower, the water heat and pressure were excellent.”
