This Comfort suits is very near to the state beach of California, and many thing are very good

Were very unhappy we took hours to search for a fun hotel, this place said balcony facing beach front view. It was anything but that. It was motel then hotel is extemely run down... never attempting to stay there again. We literally left 10 min after we got there...and there was no refund for unhappy we were.

We sure that the room was clean and hotel was okay for you, but unfortunately you expectation view is not same as our view from balcony. Also you never mention hotel front desk that you are check in out.

When you informed front desk about the air condition, immediately we came and check it and fix the problem at same time and we operate the air conditioner in front of you and you was satisfied with that. After that you never complaint us about it.

I enjoyed the facility and personnel. The WiFi only worked reliably (very slow) for me in the lobby. It worked very intermittently to not at all in my room.

I loved the view! What I wasn't happy about was an employee entered our room , when we were gone, because he heard a tv on. Unacceptable!

Toilet leaking to floor ac didn't work whole time management didn't seem to have any concerns sliding door had no lock for security highly disappointed with the stay won't be staying or recommending shower had little to no pressure and not wife had multiple concerns also had issues with slipping do to not washing away cleaner's... Be cautious of small children water is way to hot and will definitely burn them if contacted directly

Our stay in the hotel wasn’t pleasant. For a few reasons, sliding door didn’t lock. No hot water on our last day. When complain to manager, regarding the problem, He was rude and dismissive. First and last time staying there.

Property was kept clean. Personnel & service was great. Older hotel so had some issues. Didnt hear neighbors. Was fine for what we were looking for in price.

The cleaner service was terrible, they just fold the towels and take off the trash, never had bed done or change in 7 nights there. They didn’t clean the floor, the bathroom and the sink, was very duty!

I didn’t like the overpriced motel. It was not clean in the sofa beds bad the parking lot there were sketchy people in the back. I am sad to say that I paid too much money for something that should have been less than $50 a night

We never got a complaint from you upon your stay, If you have issue you can inform at front desk at anytime we are here to help you all the day. Also our price is very low if you compare with near by areas. People from outside never hang out in our property we have full time cc camera operating and front desk working 24 hours. Never had any security issue from outsiders. We really sorry for the inconvenience.

Everything we needed for our week long stay in San Clemente. It’s a particularly fantastic location for surfers, as it’s quite close to Trestles. Breakfast was decent. Staff was kind and attentive.

$100 deposit at check in
I wasnt aware when i booked the hotel that i had to leave a $100 deposit at check in. The front office lady wasnt helpful at all. TV didnt work on the 1st night had to wait til next to have someone come fix it. Greatful the room was clean and decent. But honestly i wont be back again.

The hotel was very quiet and we were able to rest well. The rooms and bathrooms are old and could use some updating but seemed clean. The bedsheets were clean and soft. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and plenty of hot coffee.
