Rude front desk agent, I guess he lives on the property so he didn't appear happy. I booked through Expedia and he told me I couldn't check in until 3pm, so I waited 2 hours outside after I had just arrived from a 5 hour flight. When he allowed me to check in 10 minutes earlier, he decided to be argumentative when I mentioned most hotels allow 1pm check in. He said I should have booked in person rather than Expedia. There are 8 other hotels on this street, take your chances on a different one.

Would not stay here again . Employees were rude. Did not see a maid in sight and rooms were dirty and covered in mold. Sheets and towels were not cleaned and cigarette burns on them. Cash ONLY deposit and employee did not have an answer as to why this was required.

I mean i guess you get what you pay for. I only needed to sleep one night since we were just going to Knotts. But woke up at 11:30-12pm by some chick screaming outside. On drugs or something. Very sketchy place and people

The staff was super nice and friendly towards us when we first showed up. We got to the room and it was extremely dirty. The floor was so dirty I picked up a ton of dirt and grime on the bottom of my shoes/feet. The bed had no real bottom sheet on just a top sheet wrapped around the mattress and under the top sheet was a mattress that was filthy and BLACK. Super stained. The pillows were stained, etc. there were no tables, no couches, just a shelf and a mini fridge so we couldn’t even unpack. We ended up checking out about an hour after we checked in due to the dirtiness of the hotel and the area it was in to go find a whole other hotel.

Room had burnt linen. Roaches in bathroom. Reaked of smoke. Asked for another room because of asthma concerns and front desk associate told me to "calm down" then asked me to make sure the room was as clean as it was when we walked in. New room still smelled wanted to leave hotel but we got in so late we decided to try to ignore the smell and neighbors yelling. Overall i regret booking here.

Toilet is broken. Unsanitary, if I had a dog I wouldn’t even put my dog in that room. Property management is horrible and doesn’t respect your health issues due to the cleanliness of the room. Makes you wait outside to check in and doesn’t let you in.

Honestly, if someone wants to stay somewhere that they basically will just be sleeping, showering, and using the bathroom, it’s not bad. But my mother would have turned around and slept in her car before she stayed here. I on the other hand, being a millennial visiting Disneyland, just needed a place to lay my head and shower, so I didn’t care much. My fiancé was less than pleased since he’s a contractor and he saw all the flaws. But we really just wanted a cheap hotel and needed somewhere to stay for our trip, so this was fine. We had some people below us the first night that came knocking on our door at 10:30 at night saying we needed to be quiet because they couldn’t sleep. Our three year old son had long been asleep by then, so we told them he was in bed. The next night around 9:30 the gentleman from the front desk knocked and said the people below us complained again, and we had all been in bed and sleeping. The employee seemed annoyed with the people downstairs and asked if we were okay with moving. We’ve both worked in customer service so we understood the situation he was being put it and moved rooms the next day. However we were in the same room just one floor up. The second room was a little cleaner than the first, but still just about the same cleanliness. There were burn marks in the blankets and mold on the ceiling. Never saw any bugs, and the tvs worked as well as the AC unit. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, we will just save up for a nicer hotel in the futur

I had an extremely loud family in the room next door pounding on the door. I went out and knocked loudly on their door to make my point. They pounded on my door and entered the room to verbally abuse me and threaten me with violence. The manager was aware of this tenant’s actions and brushed me off. Also, THIS IS NOT MOTEL SIX!

I didn't like anything about this hotel my room had holes in walls. The room itself was disgusting. The property was somewhat clean. The staff is horrible they keep half my deposit and refused me to extend my stay cause of a situation I had no control over nor nothing to do with, an I was told by staff that they kept my deposit cause of that not cause any damage was done to my room which is not the purpose of the deposit. The hotel claims to be not pet friendly so I was given a specific room that's supposedly for service animal guest yet I witnessed so many non service animals as well as so many animals not leashed.

The staff in the office are so rude the room omg so dirty the mattress so disgusting the bathroom door won’t close .. the smell n the walls the floor is disgusting

Staff was great. People, you gotta remember this is the cheapest motel in the area. You get what you pay for. Room was humid for some reason, stains everywhere but main areas were cleaned and appeared to be sanitized. Tv did not work in our room, controller did nothing. Area was kind of loud and a lot going on. Smell was alright, smelled like fabulouso. Overall for one night it could’ve been worse.

I needed a last minute place to stay, and found this spot. The nicest thing was that it was super cheap and had last minute rooms available. I don't think they inspect or do much cleaning for the rooms. The first room I was given had hair in the bathtub, mold in the bathroom, and dirty pillows but worst of all, the DEADBOLT was broken... it was cracked off the wall... The next room was better, it had a deadbolt! Still had mold in the bathroom and suspicious stains on the walls and ceiling. The TV didn't work but i was too tired to care. I unfortunately stepped on the floors with my bare feet at one point, they were sticky and felt dirty. The bed sheets had weird (but small stains) thankfully i had some throw blankets in my car. I took a shower the next morning; all the towels in my room had weird blue paint and other weird stains. I don't think i had any bugs in my room, but it seems like the type of place that would

Place is dirty, person at the front desk was very unprofessional and was in his phone the whole time I was trying to check in. Floor was so sticky when I walked into the front desk. Room smelled like it was just sprayed with bleach everywhere. Parking sucks too but at least they don’t mind if you park somewhere you “can’t”

The bed was funky. A matress on a frame. A little uncomfortable. I had 3 towels in my room, no wash cloths. And the room had an odor to it. When i was checking in, someone else was their getting toilet paper because their room didnt have any. If you need a cheap place to stay, it works. But you also get what you pay for

PLEASE READ! If you’re traveling and looking for somewhere cheap, still look away from here. The sheets had STAINS and burn holes. The room smelled like cigarette. The window didn’t have a screen. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. The fridge has broken shelves and looked like it’s never been cleaned before. Seriously, stay away from this place, it was mortifying that they think those conditions are acceptable.

The place was ok for the price. The TV was kinda tricky but the guy came to the room to fix it. The bathroom sink drained slow. The floor needed to be mopped down. My bare feet got dirty walking on it.

The room was filthy. The beds looked like they were dragged in from the alley. There were cockroaches and I spent my time worried about bed bugs or crabs. Spend the money to stay somewhere nicer.

Never ever stay at this place again. Smell so horrible, beds still has lots of hair from previous guests. No iron, coffee maker, no amenities whatsoever....whole place smells of Marijuana 24/7 dirty towel, sheet. Super old and unsafe place to stay will report to Consumer Agency and warn friends and families members stay away from this property if they ever travel in the area.

Great to return
The desk clerk is very nice. I recalled staying there before which was pleasant. The bed railing isn't necessarily the safest, it's made of metal and exposed. When I was leaving I had a stalker interfear with me leaving the desk manager demanded he leave the property. Because of this I didn't have the opportunity to thank the desk clerk for the stay. Regardless I probably will be staying at this property again.

Room was so dirty, and i mean like they havent dusted, swept, mopped, in over a year. I mean cobwebs everywhere and in reference, room 323. The vent unit for heater and a/c, so much dust its a fire hazard. And so many rules of the door, they care about us on our best behavior, butbthey cant clean?

Pior quarto que já pisei o pé.
Hotel sujo demais tanto fora como dentro, ai quando entra piora. Tive de passar 6h para dormir. Pior noite da vida que passei com esposa e filha quarto cheio de baratas, andando pelo chão e parede e os quartos ao lado cheios de mexicanos escutando música muito alta. Sem falar que ainda pegam um depósito de $100,00 só no dinheiro para caso quebrar algo naquele lugar velho.
