Booked a non smoking room. But the room smelled like someone just finished smoking in there before I arrived. There was someone knocking at my door a couple times during my stay.. But every time I went to the door.. no one was there.. The morning of checkout I saw a mouse run from under my bed to the heater. Immediately went to the front desk to report what I saw.. Staff was pleasant.

The Overnight Staffer was great, very personable and helpful. Minor issues but as I was just there to sleep and go I didn't want to be nit-picky. The bed is old and worn out#209. Like there so kind areas of the bed. No wash clothe and wall paper pulling away from the walls. It was clean but needs renovations and updates.

The hotel room could definitely benefit from some maintenance or a renovation. Ex. Bathroom tiles, toilet leaking, bathroom vent, etc. It's a budget-friendly place, and the staff is good. It's easy for us to check in and out. It would be really nice if they did some renovations, as people are traveling long distances and it's close to New York.

Place was dirty smelled didn't take a shower was scared to step in the bathtub back door unlocked anyone could walk in the building good thing was a good neighborhood. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy

For price was not bad . Front desk needs people better dressed and a little more knowledgeable about the hotel . Girl front way under dressed and seem to not know much . Pool was nice, room was ok but bathroom shower had big ball of hair, was lil gross like how can you missed that.

Our hotel room was very nice, check in and out was fast and easy. We were woken up by landscaping very early on Saturday, so that was unfortunate. Otherwise, very quiet. Seemed like we had the hotel to ourselves. The toilet reservoir overflowed the night we arrived, but never did it again after that, however it was running non-stop. AC was also not working well, but fortunately the window did open for fresh air. Hotel was close by Sleepy Hollow, and one of the most affordable near the town. Overall, not disappointed. Would book here again on my next trip.

Non recommended

The facility was filthy, the towels were stained and the hotel looked nothing like described. There was barely toilet paper, had to ask they don’t clean room unless request, the gym wasn’t a gym it was non working machines that were also dirty, only ok thing about place was some of the front desk staff. The night one lady and the morning guy were friendly and helpful. Everything is broken down.
