"Parking was the easiest. Some past reviews complained about lack of updates over several decades, but I'm here to visit Baltimore, not camp out inside all day.. Pier 5 is ideally located, I walked to a Concert Monday night, 3.5 blocks away. If I return to the Inner Harbor to stay again, Pier 5 is perfect."

"The property was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Can’t recommend mixed drinks at the bar as the bartender, although friendly, didn’t do very well with my cocktail. Food was on point though, and service was just as good. Highly recommend the honey and old bay chicken wings at the bar. Room was clean enough… Found an awkward burner stain on my top sheet but otherwise a very decent stay. I have enjoyed several different indigo hotels and this one was just fine. Although I nitpick a little bit… Nothing that happened would ever turn me off from this hotel chain."

"There was no hot water for my entire stay- the staff was nice however no accommodations were made for us. The bathrooms/ room was dusty and also the bathroom had a lot of run and just old. The tiles were not very clean. Over all not a great stay "
