"I've stayed here many times and been quite satisfied. I suspect there must be some sort of construction going on and I was disappointed there was no mention either on the site or by the staff when checking in. The hallways and floors were dirty, I had holes in the drywall in the bathroom, needless to say surprised by the look compared to the many times I've comfortably been there. Bottom line is a heads up would have been appreciated. "

"We did enjoy the hot tub in our room but we had to get the cleaning lady clean it a little better to our liking. And the counters were not cleaned properly. The bed was clean and comfy! The room was big and even had a balcony but with snow we didn't use it. But in the Summer this would be perfect!"

"The breakfast supplied was virtually nonexistent ... packaged muffins and breakfast bars, yogurt, apples and bananas. They should not be able to advertise that they provide breakfast. Also, their towels are small and thin, as is their toiletries."

"We did have a good time and the staff were really nice. We were really disappointed because one of the reason we stayed here was for the pool and both nights we stayed the pool was closed by 6pm even though it was supposed to be open until 10pm. There also wasn’t any wifi and limited service due to switching providers."
