โThey have thought of everything. Excellent facilities and immaculately clean. Pretty quiet for the 2 nights I was there. They give plenty of advance warning about the steep stairs and they are very steep. Easy access to bus and train station and on the door step of the old town. Would stay again. โ
โI loved the look of the building inside and outside. Their breakfast was very good but I think it was a little pricey at $18 a person. I was able to find breakfast for a little less at the surrounding cafes. The self check in was easy. I have read complaints about the rooms and service but they always responded to me quickly through WhatsApp. I did have some issues with my original room. โOne of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.โ
โStaff were very helpful and professional. We had a room overlooking the courtyard it was quiet, it had everything you need and would expect from a Radisson Blu hotel (including effective air con).
