We stayed here for one night based on location and availability. The hotel itself is clean and centrally located. I was messaged thru Expedia to check in on my Hilton app if I was a member, which I am, so I did. Upon arrival to the hotel, we stopped at the front desk for our free cookies at my daughter’s request. The clerk was very curt, was seemingly annoyed I checked in on the app, and still made us go thru the whole check in process. At one point my daughter said, I don’t really need the cookie anymore. As we left in the morning, we were greeted by a relentless saleswoman to book another stay. This seems to be a theme at a lot of the hotels now in the area, and it’s not great. After we checked out I saw the hotel had charged me nearly $400 even though the room was prepaid. After a 20 minute phone call I was basically told it was an error and I’d have it back in 3-5 business days. Certainly not ideal on vacation to have funds tied up. I don’t think we’ll be returning back anytime soon. And if we do, we’ll skip the cookie.

I was only there for one night, but everything about this hotel was amazing. From cleanliness, to friendliness of the staff to an overall welcoming feel this place is amazing. The room was spacious and fully equipped for light cooking and a refrigerator for snacks and drinks. I highly recommend!
