편히 지내기 좋은 호텔 ^^
비교적 싼 가격에 묵을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 욕실이라든지의 시설이 그렇게 새거의 느낌은 아니라 조금 아쉬웠습니다만 직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 좋았습니다.

Within minutes of making a non-refundable booking I received notification that the hotel is currently being renovated. I compained by email but was referred to a webpage containing a notice that the room booking was non-refundable. If I had received a warning about the renovation works before booking the room I would not have proceeded with the booking. The way the transaction was made was plain dishonest. I have photographic and audio evidence of the mess at the hotel. No grumbles about the staff. They were all friendly. Our room was clean and the cleaning staff were good.

Disgusting
Was woken up by getting bit by bed bugs at 2 am and the only thing they did was offer us a 7$ breakfast voucher. So we paid almost 200$ to be eaten up by bed bugs and we have video of all of it.

Our practice is to train the room attendants to examine guest rooms very carefully during the cleaning process to insure we are aware of any insect activity. There were no prior evidence or After we received your comments, we immediately put room out of order and contacted an exterminator and have the room in question inspected very thoroughly. We did not find any evidence of the bed bugs activities and have report from outside exterminator company available for your review. The staff was great , but the hotel was bieng renovated and there was alot of construction in the room rite next to ours, also the shower in room 305 has a patch that fell off the roof and the mold kept me sneezing.

We went to Universal and loved this hotel! We were thrilled with the hearty inexpensive breakfast, the great pool with cabanas, the tiki bar by the pool, the available washer/dryers, the quality of the food we ordered from the room, the comfort of the beds, the free shuttle to the parks, and the exceptional service of all the staff. In fact, we were so pleased that we found the Disney mid-priced resort very disappointing in comparison. We definitely got an incredible value and wonderful experience. We'd definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend it to friends!

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned well. The showers need to be cleaned better. The hotel needs a refresh.

I did not like the bed. it was uncomfortable. I also didn't like the fact that we would have to pay $15.00 a person for breakfast. WHAT CROOKS !!! So we decided to spend the rest of our stay at Laquinta, who has way more comfort in their beds, and a Free breakfast !
