We stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and while Iโm sure it will look great once completed, the section we stayed in felt quite old and outdated. Unfortunately, our in-room coffee machine wasnโt working on the first day, and to make things worse, there was no coffee available during breakfastโthey told us to use our room machine instead, which wasnโt ideal.
Breakfast itself was just okayโnothing special, and certainly not a highlight of the stay. On a positive note, the staff were kind and responsive when I requested extra blankets, which I appreciated.
There is a shuttle service to the parks, but it run once for universal in the morning around 9:00 AM and the last return is at 6:00 PM, so youโll need to plan your day around that if youโre relying on it.
Overall, the staff were helpful, but the amenities and overall experience fell a bit short. Iโd consider staying again after the renovations are complete.
