Our rooms were very clean, the pool area was inviting and breakfast was tasty with different items to choose from day to day. But..The best thing about our stay was actually the staff! Makayla checked us in and was amazing super friendly every time we encountered her. The rest of the staff was great as well. Amhen was super outgoing and there was a manager who i called a social butterfly because he was truly so friendly and personable not to mention so helpful. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel!

We stayed for 8 days and 7 nights, and overall both my child and I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great with a good variety of options each day. We especially loved the small kitchen in the room, which made our stay much more convenient. The environment was also very quiet and comfortable. The manager was very welcoming, and the young lady at the front desk was especially helpful. The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t seem adjustable — though it’s possible we may not have used it correctly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Food at the buffet was “ok”. Far from the claim that it was one of the best buffets. We were there a week and they only had bacon on time. Very short staff but that was common everywhere. Hot tub was way too small for a hotel that size. The gas fire pit could only be operated by a maintenance person but none could be found. The tiki bar looked nice but I never saw it open. This hotel is located in a clean, safe neighborhood. 👍

The room was big and comfortable. Very clean. The arcade was fun and nice to have there. Pool was open but it was too cold to swim. It looked very nice though.
