Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Communication
Reservation was cancelled soon after I booked due to lack of availability. However, Expedia, did not relay that to me the customer. Rather only the facility owner reveived communication. Therefore 2 hours before check-in I found this out on my own and had to purchase last second lodging elsewhere for over 2 times the price. Expedia has so far only sent me "our apologies".
