The breakfast was drink and muffins, which was as expected. The room was very comfortable and looked new. The sunset at Skaket beach was spectacular. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful lodging.

The rooms are totally updated and very clean. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for your visit to the area. Seems that everyone who was there was a recurring visitor. Will definitely stay there again.

If only all roadside motels were like this! I'd read the reviews and had hoped for a good stay. I was not disappointed. We were greeted with hospitality which lasted throughout our four night stay. Our modern room was impeccably clean and finished to a very good standard. Breakfast was a simple cereal and freshly baked muffins (the cranberry ones are amazing!) but provided with charm and more hospitality.

Comfortable, clean motel for stay in Brewster, MA.

We were very pleased with the clean, updated room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, two areas with sinks for a couple to get ready. Only criticism would be that the office, breakfast area needs to be redone - musty odor.

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Orleans! It was incredibly clean, spacious room, new bathroom and really lovely owners. The home made muffins in the morning were wonderful. I highly recommend this motel!!

Very clean, quiet, considering location , I felt it was close to stores. Our stay was Labor Day weekend. Very easy and convenient access onto 6 on and off . Centrally located near our particular needs and interests. Delicious free blueberry and cranberry muffins in am at office area and serviceable coffee enough to get you on your way out for day. Comfortable beds, mini fridge very helpful along with microwave and tv and a walk in closet. Would recommend and would come back again.

This is a wonderful place , spacious room ,extremely clean ( incredibly so) , bright and great price in spring at the Cape. Pleasant staff, very helpful . Highly recommend .

Our room was spotless. As was the bathroom. The extra sink and vanity area outside of the bathroom was very convenient. The homemade muffins were such a treat in the morning. The only downside was the pool not being in use.

This is our favorite place to stay in Orleans. Everything is just perfect. Clean and neat, rooms are a great size. It is very quiet and the grounds are beautiful. Tables and grill outside for breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you like to eat outside. They also service a continental breakfast everyday with homemade muffins. Also if you don't want to go to the ocean to swim the pool is perfect. They do have a laundry on the grounds too. Best place to stay on Cape Cod.
