“This was the nicest hotel any of us ever stayed in. We had a 3 bedroom condo in Oceanfront South Tower A. Our unit had 4 bathrooms, a laundry room, full size kitchen and wrap around balcony. The resort had several different pools, spas, a slide, and waterfalls. There are several dining options to choose from on property but reservations are needed in most cases because they fill up so fast. “We loved the atmosphere the staff were all wonderful, helpful. The room for how much we paid was sub par. The A/C didn't work great, there was no hot water, we let the front desk know and they fixed it pretty fast. The pillows were horrible, little and lumpy. The sink leaked the towels were possibly from a car wash! Lol just kidding but they were pretty bad. Loved how they didn't hassle anyone and loved the pool, the hot tub bubbles didn't work but it was hot so that was good! Wouldn't stay...

“The room was clean and comfortable, but the mattress on the Murphy bed was really uncomfortable and you sink into the middle of the bed, also we had issues with the door lock it is a little tricky. But overall we had a great experience.”

“Very clean, quiet, and cozy accommodation. Especially, the accommodation is quite large, and the view of the pond and fountain in front of the balcony is good. The interior looks a little old but comfortable, convenient, and clean. The entire resort is private, and the pool and Jacuzzi are also clean. Employees are very kind and thoughtful, especially the front desk. Would stay again!”
