Arrived and checked in, within 10 minutes of settling in, the water and electric went out in the room. We went to front desk, they already knew, moved us to another room. Ok, not the end of the world. The new room was smaller, both beds/pillows stunk. Mold all over the hallways and windows in our room. Was told another room was. Ot available and no refund could be issued. We toughed it out, but a very poor experience.
