"This hotel was conveniently located. It is connected to both the Osaka and Umeda stations, and is right beside a shopping mall, Uniqlo and Yodobashi Camera. We used their laundry facility which was very convenient. I wanted to give it a perfect score but when we checked in, there was a drop/stain on the toilet seat that they may have forgotten to wipe. We checked in late and we were so tired that we just decided to let it go and we don’t really like to complain too. Otherwise, great hotel and quick check in and out. Wonderful view, too! Saw the city and water views which were a plus. We would definitely stay here again."
