It is a comfortable and safe place to stay and great location for people looking to spend time at Universal Studios. A good alternative to the other major hotel offerings. Good amenities in our room. Overall, this accommodation gives great value for money.

Great location to USJ

This property was great for what me and my family needed. Very close to USJ and train station to explore Osaka. Bed was not as comfortable as I would had like but after being out 12+ hours I was just happy to have a safe, clean place to sleep. The property served it's purpose a place to sleep and leave my belongings safe while I enjoyed my vacation. Would surely visit again and request 1st floor accommodations as there is no elevators at this property.

First choice for family travel

The hotel is well-equipped with refrigerators, microwave ovens, ovens, and tableware. Staff are polite. The environment is quiet. The price is cheap. Check-in and check-out are traditional but simple and fun. This time we are going to watch the concert and go to Universal Studios.

The distance to Universal Studios is the only positive thing about this accomodation. Otherwise, it was not the cleanest and there was a weird smell in the room. It also looks like a motel, which we did not expect from the pictures before booking the stay.

Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great

Changed check in time from 3.30 to 4 pm we had tickets for half day at Universal studios so had to pay for luggage as we weren't prepared to lose almost 2 hrs! Was alot further away than Expedia would lead us to believe. A decent sized cup would have been a appreciated and somewhere other than low beds to sit.

근처에 편의점 있는 것 빼고는 별로입니다. 패밀리룸의 침대는 침대쇼파입니다. 삐그덕 거리고 매트에서 소리나고 허리가 너무 아팠습니다. 욕실도 작아서 키큰 사람이 이용하기 힘들었습니다.

ユニバと万博行くのに２泊しました。 やはり、なんと言っても場所が便利です。 コンビニは目の前だし、万博のバス乗り場も目の前だし。ユニバも一駅だし全然便利でした。 ただ寝に帰るだけなのでユニバ行く時はまた利用したいです。

USJから近いので良い。長く泊まるには、洗濯機やコインランドリーがあるとよかった。髪の毛がたくさん落ちていて、掃除機等があるとよかった。浴室の乾燥や換気、暖房機器の効きがよくなかった。メンテナンスの表示が出ていた。タオルやバスタオルがたくさんありよかった。コップや箸、スプーン等があるとよかった。

Online says 5 minutes walking to Universal Studios but it is actually 21 minutes walking, 5 minutes driving. That was misleading to us. Expo buses are actually right downstairs and that must be convenient for Expo 2025 goers. This place is more like a motel and it is best for a backpacker not a family.

万博訪問のため利用させていただきました。 全体的に使い込まれた感じのある、マンションの一室でした。古さは感じるものの、しっかり手入れされている清潔感のある部屋でした。 階段しかないのはちょっと大変ですがこんなの登れなかったらUSJも万博も乗り越えられません。頑張りましょう。 裏にセブンイレブンもあって便利です。(ただ、23時閉店なので気をつけてください。) 万博の音声案内で朝7時くらいから外が騒がしかったです。 安眠したい人はアイマスク、耳栓を忘れずに。エアコン使うと部屋も乾燥するのでマスクも忘れずに。 ここ周辺で安く宿泊したい方にはオススメです。
