The property was in an excellent location - steps from metro, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were helpful during the check-in/out and held our luggage while we shopped after checkout. Room was spacious and layout as advertised. The beds were comfortable, and we liked that they were 4 separate twins, instead of doubles for our family. The kitchenette could have used knives and dish towels, but not a deal-breaker since we didn't cook. The toilet had poor ventilation. Wifi and A/C were good - no complaints. The washing machine was very useful, but note that the dryer is warm air blowing from the shower ceiling vent, which worked well enough except there may be insuffient hangers for a large load, and may take a bit longer than expected. Overall, a pleasant base for our trip in Osaka - location was the winner.

Place was great, I would suggest a longer stay. We had someone loud above us, but other than that this place had everything including two huge beds ( I’m 2m or 6’5”) and they were large for me. I loved the shower room as well and full kitchen

Great place to stay in the Shinsaibashi area. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby, plus close to transport, Osaka Castle and the Canal. Very clean and quite spacious.

Located next to tourist area, close to everything you need at shinsabashi. Walkable distance to metro train stations. The kitchen facilities are very basic, you will have buy extra towels to dry washed dishes and cutlery l.

Room was very clean and quiet. Busy Shinsaibashi shopping/dining district literally 20 steps from front door. Very convenient location. Closest subway stations were about 1/4 mile walk from the hotel. However, route could be taken right through the covered Shinsaibashi shopping area so it was comfortable and didn't feel like a trek at all. Would recommend staying at this location to anyone.

Great location, right off of Shinsaibashi-suji for shopping. Washing machine in the room and the shower room drying function was nice. It’s an easy walk to Dotonbori/ Gluck running man. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. Reception is on second floor. I didn’t like the smoke smell on the 1st floor by the elevator as you go in / out. It’s from a designated smoking room on the side.

One of the nicest places Ive stayed in Japan. For Japanese standards the room is massive, beds are big and comfortable and the pillows are nice as well. Normally I wouldn't comment on pillows but some places in Japan have terrible pillows that made for a lousy night of sleep. The location is good as well with lots of food options around and good proximity to public transport. Its an easy trip back to Osaka station or Shin-Osaka station.

Very good location- close to many dining and shopping options. I did not like that the front desk only opened from 9am to 10pm. They were also not very helpful when I needed to book a taxi. Additionally, only a single elevator that only fit 2 people at a time.

Greeted by super sweet staff, thorough explanation on getting into our room. Our room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and perfect for all four of us. Near shopping and very convenient. Definitely will book again when in the area.
