"Staff are incredibly nice, I just wish the experience was better. There was no continental breakfast: half of the appliances were off, barely any beverages, milk jugs were crusty and not labeled. Breakfast started at 6, and we were there at 7am. The AC/heating systems stunk the room when you turned them on. The tv remote and phone in the room were sticky. Our beds had hair and the bed sheets had questionable holes and brown stuff. Again, the room itself and the breakfast was a huge 0/5. We were considering whether to go to another hotel when we walked into the room…"

The downside was the room, it was very cold and we couldn’t get the heat to turn on but the blankets kept us warm all night and we slept very good, but the morning was very cold.
