"Breakfast has many choices and the pool is a very nice amenity. The shuttle took 40 minutes which was disappointing because I booked the hotel since it's like a 10 minute drive from the airport because I knew we were getting off a long flight and didn't want to have another long wait. Make sure to call from the courtesy phone or your phone. They said it was long due to shift change and getting gas but maybe they should plan to get gas at another time other than shift change. Shuttle was full. "

"We loved the location of this property. There were so many coffee shops, sports bars, restaurants and a beautiful marina and pier within walking distance. The hotel is quiet and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They serve a simple breakfast with waffles, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt. If the hotel would add peanut butter it would a great and simple addition for us vegans. The area around the hotel is also clean and safe. The Marina area has so many great places to sit including the “Quarterdeck” that serves coffee, tea, wine and beer and a few sandwiches. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables around the Marina area. There is also a small park that is up hill and overlooking the Marina and sound. The Des Moines Creek trail starts from the parking lot which is great for walking and biking. "

"The room and everything was dirty. The toilet seat had urine stain when I checked it. Pillows has perfume smell from previous residence. Sink counter tray had crumbs and dirt."

"The room booked through Expedia by the time we got to the hotel didn’t exist. They had oversold everything we didn’t get the room we had been promised and paid for. We were told that there’s no refund possible."
