"No breakfast menu, clean bed but the rest of the room was pretty warn down, room door was gapped from top to bottom, very noisy inside do too the door being gapped. Door did not seal properly, bathroom faucet was extremely stiff and loose at the base. Rude people talking extremely loud outside late night plus someone had a dog barking in the next room. Hard to sleep. Personally I won't be back. "

"Parking was available but you can only park on one side if the lot the other side is for the businesses that share the same building. This place is budget and good for solo travelers so it’s not grand by any means. The place is in need of an update. The lamps are hard to turn on. There is no privacy curtain so you can’t open it to get any light in the room so you have to be clothed to even open. The lights are dingy and yellow. The wall heating and cooling unit is difficult to operate. The beds were too bouncy and the pillows are not great. The towels provided are super thin, small, and scratchy. The place just felt old and stuffy. There was hair in the bathroom and it didn’t feel clean. Like I said it’s budget but still by far not the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Oh and the door is hard to lock and isn’t sealed well so once closed you can see outside light from the hallway all around the door not to mention noise travels in since there is no seal. It’s in a great location with plenty of places to eat and drink. Near Des Moines marina. Easy to get to from the airport. The staff were friendly."

"The jacuzzi room was covered in ants. I couldn’t even use the bath. The remote for the tv didn’t work. And the sink was clogged. "

"Main issue was that the attached restaurant has loud parties at night which shakes the whole building so getting sleep is a problem at this hotel. They allow this until the 11pm."
