“Have family in Oskaloosa and stayed here last weekend helping them at their house. Was very impressed with the property. Room was clean, smelled good and had recent updates. Comfortable too. Would stay here again.”

“이 곳은 그냥 아이오와 시골에 위치한 평범한 모텔이라고 생각하고 기대하지 말고 체크인하세요. 그냥 좋지도 나쁘지도 않은 보통 수준의 시골 숙박지입니다. 마침 제가 투숙하던 날 저녁에 마을 중앙광장에서 축제 비슷한 콘서트가 열려 우연히 좋은 구경하였습니다.”

“I appreciated the helpfulness of every staff member I interacted with, customer service was very important to them, and I felt like they truly valued my business. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet.”

“A wonderful hotel for a romantic getaway. Close to town. Walkable and quiet and close to everything. Wonderful stay.”

We were a big group and everyone in our group said the same thing about the staff. I would return just because of the staff. So, we were VERY HAPPY with the staff. The area around the hotel was clean and...

“Clean room. Good breakfast!”

“The free breakfast was crap. Wasn’t nothing but cereal, old toast and premade pancakes you had to microwave.”

“**Outstanding Customer Service – Thank You, Victor!** Victor provided exceptional customer service during our stay at Best Western Ottumwa Inn & Suites. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help made a real difference in our experience.
