Great room, very spacious, comfortable bed. Close to lots of restaurants, shopping etc. The rooms have multiple AC/humidifier stand alone units in the dinning room and the bedroom as the actual air/heat unit is in the living room area so it cannot reach the bedroom. The stand alones have to be filled with water to generate cold air which causes a lot of humidity. We felt like like we were on a wet camping trip the entire time. I realize this is an older facility and they have made a lot of efforts to upgrade it, however, the air issue is a big one in my opinion. We were facing West and I cannot imagine how it will feel like in the thick of July heat with the sun beaming all afternoon. The parking was also an issue. We were assigned a space and upon our return on the second day someone was in our space. We were reassigned another space much further which was an inconvenience to say the least, especially when it's pouring rain. All in all, good place for the value as you get an entire small appartment fully stocked, but the air issue was enough to deter us from returning.

Loved the size of the room and the breakfast was definitely a plus. The area was perfect for different dining options and a walkable healthy grocery store.

We had a very nice stay, you are sure to find everything you need and more. Breakfast is generous and diverse, there’s something for every taste. A very good start to the day. We highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel un peu vieillot dans la décoration, mais très bien entretenu et propre. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le personnel était sympathique et le petit déjeuner était bien correct. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed in an executive suite for 3 nights. Right away we were impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the front desk staff. The room itself was a good size - enough space and some privacy so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The location of the hotel is amazing. Great restaurants, cafes and bars. Walking distance to the parliament buildings and everything in that area. Our daughter even used the laundry room which was free. They even provided detergent and dryer sheets. The hotel itself is a little tired and the breakfast was only okay and just too crowded (which isn’t the hotels fault). We would recommend this for a larger family or group or parents with their adult children. I just can’t say enough about the front desk staff. They were exceptional.

Overall the Hotel was clean and fairly quiet. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The only thing I think needs re-thinking would be the above ground parking. It was very tight to manoeuvre, especially with larger vehicles.

Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, car elle était juste à côté de l’ascenseur. On nous a offert une autre chambre plus grande que celle réservée et au même prix. La chambre était grande, bien décorée, bien équipée (four, four micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, ordinateur, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc.), propre et bien aménagée. Nous étions très confortables. Parfois, nous entendions les bruits de la rue et certains appareils dans la chambre étaient bruyants. Le déjeuner était inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Nous avions beaucoup de choix. Pour un déjeuner continental, c’était très bien. En réservant avec Expédia, on ne pouvait pas nous garantir qu’il y aurait une place de stationnement intérieur. Il y a beaucoup plus de chambres que de stationnements disponibles. Finalement, ce fut possible et même, nous avons pu charger notre voiture électrique.

I really enjoyed the breakfast. I was skeptical at first when I saw the room, but I was extremely satisfied with the taste and the ease of getting food. Space in the room is exceptional. Felt like home. Ample space for storage which would be hand if families visit. Great stay

Je me suis fiée aux nombreux commentaires des clients précédents, alors je me suis sentie interpellée de laisser mon propre. J’espère que ça vous aidera à faire un choix plus éclairé. L’hôtel n’est pas récent, mais les lieux, la chambre spacieuse et la literie étaient vraiment très propres. Tout est fourni dans la cuisinette. Ustensiles pour manger et cuisiner, verres, tasses, marmites etc Tout est pensé, alors si vous cuisinez sur place, vous n’avez absolument rien à emporter. L’accès à une salle de lavage est gratuit. Le savon est même fourni! Le déjeuner inclut était sous forme de buffet vraiment complet et même si j’étais seule, j’ai été agréablement surprise de voir à quel point tout était pensé pour plaire aussi aux enfants. Ils avaient même préparé de petits sacs pour emporter avec biscuits, barres tendres et bouteille d’eau. Malgré que le stationnement soit payant (22.00 CAD), on peut y laisser sa voiture, puisque l’on est au centre de plusieurs attractions touristiques, restaurants et boutiques accessibles à pieds. Sinon, le transport en commun est très efficace. Voilà! J’y retournerai. C’est certain!

The rooms are huge and clean. Great area to walk to restaurants, river, government buildings and Museum's. We will stay there again. Also breakfast included and it is very good.

I was fascinated by the reception i got from the front desk upon arrival up to my check-in . My stay throughout was awesome. Great breakfast options, amenities and customer service in general.
