"Avoid this place! The staff are lovely but the hotel is old, not particularly clean, and just feels shabby and depressing. Awful bed. Weird smell and no proper in room air con. Terrible loud hum. Just go somewhere else. "

"Excellent hotel! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely feel to the place. Beautiful room and extremely comfortable. Room service was prompt and delicious, and reasonably priced. Lovely location. Quiet, safe. If I get back to Ottawa, this is where I’m heading! "

"We love staying here when we come to Ottawa! The rooms are massive with a full kitchen and sitting and eating areas as well. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. If several people are checking in at once, it's a bit of a wait because their process is slow. That is the only drawback we found. It hasn't stopped us from returning. The location is great and you can walk to several galleries and the parliament buildings easily."
